Dr. Justin Hoover is a 2003 graduate of Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor of science in biology. He received a doctor of medicine from Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2007.  His research experience includes a study looking at lateral elbow radiographs in children to determine where the anterior humeral line transects the capitellum.
